1) How do I create my own profile?
Click on the “Join Now” link on the upper right hand side. Fill in your basic information and the system will send you a confirmation email. Click on the activation link in this email and follow the steps to complete your profile.
2) How do I contact other members?
To contact other members, you must click a profile and then click on Send Letter. After completing your message, an email will be sent to the member to notify them they have a new message at ReenactHistory.
3) What does this site do for me?
This site allows an easy way to meet other reenactors and hsitory buffs with similar interests and focuses.
4) What is the calendar feature?
The calendar feature allows members to view upcoming events and the ability to add them to their profile. If you are interested in submitting an event, feel free to contact ReenacHistory by clicking on the Contact Us button at the bottom of each page.
5) How do I add an image?
In your account area, you can click on the image on the left side and then select the file from your hard drive and click on the submit button.
If you wish to upload images for other members to view, click on the Photos button at the top of the page. You will then need to click on the Upload Photos option and select a JPEG image from your hard drive
6) How can I change my account info?
In your account area, click on the My Settings link at the top. Make your desired changes and click the save button at the bottom of the page.
7) How do I add a post to the forum?
You can add a post to the forum by clicking on Forums at the top of the page. Once you have chosen a category, click on New Topic in the upper right hand corner of the forum.
8) How do I add a classified?
You can add a classified advertisement by clicking on Classifieds at the top of the page and then on Add Classified. Fill out the required fields and then click on Send
7) I didn't receive my activation email, what should I do? Please contact Support and they will manually activate your account.
8) How do I completely remove my profile?
You can remove your listing by logging into your account, clicking on My Account and then on Unregister. After you click on the Delete button, this will remove your entire profile.
